No notifications and no detection

Hi, recently purchased eufy cam2c. I’m having issues with one of the cameras not detecting movement despite the camera showing it has and it will not send notifications/recordings through to my phone. This has just started to happen and was fine yesterday. Any advice? Thank you

Same here. Their servers are probably offline again. They should add functionality to log into the Homebase directly. I am probably going to return mine. They do not seem very reliable.

I had the same problems. Restarting Homebase seemed to help me. I now have a digital timer set to turn off my Homebase for one minute everyday, has really helped.
