I’ve had the battery powered Eufy 2k doobell for less than a month. When the battery got low, my mum (on iPhone) got a notification saying low battery, however neither me or my dad (Pixel/Oneplus phones on Android) got this notification. How can I get low battery notifications?

I also have an Andoid (pixel 4) and I am NOT receiving low battery notifications
