My new Homebase 2 does not produce any sound at all when pairing with the app, pairing with the doorbell, or when setting notification or alarm sounds. The light does blink to indicate that the homebase is in fact trying to make a sound and I can pair by clicking the button on the back. Firmware is at the latest version. Should I RMA or am I missing something?
I had to RMA because my unit was exactly the same. It would take me 10± attempts to get sound out of it.
They sent a replacement and it worked first time.
My confidence in the system isnt great mind.
