Motion detector not working

One of two eufycam is not detecting motion regardless of the sensitivity level. I can have the level at 100% and be right underneath the camera and it does not pick me up. Unbelievable!!! 🤦
Since I’ve gone through this many of times, call tech support they’ll tell you the same philosophy take the camera offline, reboot the home base, is your Internet working, is your app up today, and relocate the camera. Sorry for the inconvenience. Though, choose live feed it plays what is wrong with this system/app? The last time it captured motion around 9:00 this morning.
