Motion detection issues

I purchased the eufy doorbell because Amazon and UPS refuses to ring the doorbell when dropping off packages. As you can imagine this is frustrating and likely to have my package stolen. However now I have a new problem: the eufy doorbell does not detect the Amazon driver/UPS driver when they drop off a package. This app won’t allow me to upload any images :man_facepalming:t5:. My settings are set to facial recognition. Any assistance is appreciated.

For the doorbell device, please noted that facial recognition is not available on the doorbell camera.

If possible, could you please let us know your eufy account? And the also serial number for the doorbell camera, so we can check the log for you.

Where would I get the eriel number? I don’t think I have the box anymore

Go to the doorbell settings and at the bottom press ‘about device’ or something. There you will see the serial number.

Did you get a resolution to your detection problems? I am seeing the same issues here. Packages are occasionally left by delivery folks and somehow the motion is not detected. Same with package pickups for outgoing packages. I will submit a separate query for my system, but I’m wondering whether Eufy is able to resolve these.
