Both of my Outdoor Cam Pro… (SoloCam C24) the MARK option has suddenly disappeared 2 days ago?
This feature when activated would tell the A.I. that this event is a false trigger and if it occurred again do not notify or record the event.
I use the Mark option to stop false positives of motion detected on things like fixed objects detected as human or pet.
This is not good.
have you sent in feed bavks. lots of them. so eufy knows.
