So far, I’m pretty happy with the Eufy doorbell as far as the video quality and motion sensitivity goes. I especially like how it provides a “selfie” of anyone who walks up to the door, but that feature needs a lot of work to make it truly useful. Right now, when panning through my security videos, it’s hard to tell at a glance if there’s anything that might need a more careful review. Obviously anything that is of myself or others in my household can be dismissed but the list of videos as presented show the facial “selfie” too small to be useful. What I would like to see is an option to have the videos in my list of events display the facial capture as the primary preview image, with the still frame of the video shrunk down in the corner instead. This would make a quick review of my events very easy if I felt the need. Right now it’s too tedious to bother with.
