Just installed a new Smar Lock right out the box. Everything work great until I inserted the key to test the manual unlock. Key will not come back out. Someone on YouTube had the same problem but there was no solution.
Anyone have any tips? Might be stuck returning this.
You figure there would be someone from Eufy watching these forums. The lock was returned. Much happier with August.
WD-40 was the trick for me. Worked instantly
How did you pull out the key? Next time call the local locksmith sw9 to see what they can do about it. They specialize in prompt, friendly, and inexpensive lock services at any time you need or want.
