I’have 4 Eufy 2k Pan & Tilt. I’m using motion tracking from two of them. Both camera sometimes (for me too often) goes into its house and the area is invisible. In manual mode the ‘Limit reached’ message appear so it seems the camera knows its limit. Both camera is mounted on ceiling.
System versions are 2.1.6.4 but subsystem version is different. One of them is 2.0.9.6 other is 2.1.0.2
Is anybody else facing this issue?
