I did not receive my products

I bought two cameras and a smart door lock, they added a gift product to me, but the purchase appears as delivered and I have not received my products, I only received the gift product, not what I bought.
Where are my products?

I put the complaint to the support email but they haven’t responded for a week, the customer service is really bad.
It was a serious mistake buying from eufy.com, I should have used Amazon!

Now I must review Canada’s consumer protection laws to try to get my money back.
It’s very frustrating!
