How to download all playback videos from Indoor Cam Pan&Tilt

Hi,

I have an Eufy Indoor Cam Pan&Tilt. I want to download the videos (all the playback videos, not the events) from the Cam. I googled a lot and couldn’t find the answer.

I wonder if it’s possible. Thank you.

have you find any way to download ?? I have the same problem, I want download the videos not the events. but find anyway. I try with sd card or cloud but nothing function.
