How do I schedule my Eufy CAMS to only turn on at night when we are sleeping?

I am currently working from home; so I don’t want the security cameras detecting motion. I have 3 security cams and I am trying to find a way to only have them detect motion when are asleep at night. What is the best way to do this? Should I use schedules? Thanks
