How do I find MAC Addresses for my Eufy Cam 2 Pro?

I am trying to find the MAC address for my Eufy Cam 2 Pro cameras and my doorbell cam. I have a few unknown devices on my network that I am trying to track down and I cannot seem to find the MAC addresses for any of my cameras.

Hi, you should be able to find the MAC addresses through the app. Go to the settings for the camera you wish to find and then scroll to the bottom and tap on About Device.

On my app, I don’t have that information for the cameras unfortunately.

I’m sorry… I didn’t know that the 2 Pro cam works with the HomeBase.
It won’t show the cameras MAC Addy in the app or on your routers configuration page.
That’s because the HomeBase and Camera communicate with each other via their own low-powered closed Wi-Fi system.
But you should be able to see the HomeBases Mac address since that’s connected to your router.
