I’ve owned two of the battery 2K doorbells for quite awhile. I rarely ever get use out of them, however, yesterday was the first time my mother was sitting on the deck so I tried to talk to her. The audio was so choppy I could not understand what she was saying. These seem like absolute garbage as compared to videos I see from Ring where people can answer and talk with those at their door. I would never be able to do that with these overpriced garbage buttons. I’m not happy. And now they are delaying notifications a few minutes. I just bought 2 of the 2K pan tilts but I’m sending them back. I’m NOT impressed. Looks like I invested in the wrong brand.
