Have my cam 2 pro set up with HomeKit but it only shows live… I have all setting for recording on but i can’t get it to work. Support was no help. All my devices are up to take, I have a HomePod.
Hi, There are a lot of user have got the same issue. I have got these issues since updating to 18.104.22.168 and all the workarounds of eufy are useless.
If they cannot fix this I will change to another supplier with a better and reliable service.
Kind of glad to hear I’m not the only one… I specifically went with Euphy for HomeKit support and it doesn’t even work, properly.
Hi, I have noted, that eufy shows firmware 22.214.171.124 while HomeKit shows 126.96.36.199. I assume, that there is a interface problem caused by eufy with their latest firmware update. Hope that they will soon, but service seems to be slow.
