Anyone keep having their homebase go offline? Mine goes off ALL THE TIME!!! Nothing else on my network drops. My Eufy cameras that are on my wifi, stay active within the app. All my other cameras are connected to homebase, and it says it’s offline.

Try swapping your Wifi channel on your router. Eufy uses their own protocol but it still utilizes a 2.4 Ghz channel. It shows up as a Hidden network with a Mac address in the 8C-85-80 range. If your router is on the same channel, it can cause interference issues. Other sources of interference can be dashcams, refrigerators, power tools.
