Hi - I have the wireless 1070p video doorbell with chime. I also bought a HomeBase 2 off eBay as was told I need it to operate the camera and chime. But I don’t know if this is a requirement? Does HomeBase store data or have any other function? If so how do I connect them (they are both set-up in my devices. Thanks, H.

The HomeBase2 is not required (doesn’t work with the wireless 1080p doorbell camera battery powered or wired version.)
Both doorbell cameras are stand alone items.
Battery powered 1080p doorbell with Wi-Fi chime:
The doorbell and Wi-Fi chime form a closed, low-power wireless connection and video is stored locally on the Wi-Fi doorbell chime.
Wired 1080p doorbell with electronic chime the video is stored within the doorbell.
