I think the facial recognition function works out fine. It kinda successfully recognize my whole extended family. But not having the ability to STOP sending me notification of seeing all the recognized face is killing me. Isnt it intuitive that a security system should alert if they find recognized face rather than the recognized one? Am I missing something from the app?

I understand what you mean. The reason I bought this system is that Eufy advertised that they don’t have many false alerts. Familiar family faces should not be an alert I should be getting. My family likes to be out on the porch and backyard so having the family notification is just not helpful.
Eufy App → Select Homebase → Setting (cog upper right corner) → Notification → Ignore Notification → Turn On → Select Face’s to Ignore
