New Homebase 2 camera and doorbell arrived today and it will not power up no lights at all ( I mean why no switch on/off anyway totally disappointed and frustrated with this emailed support no use I have have done the following checks as per so many threads etc
Changed power socket
Tried both the UK and Euro plugs
Rebooted router
Done the reset on Homebase in the vain hope it’s working but light off
Many people seem unhappy and having problems if I hear nothing by the morning they will be getting it back and I will purchase another make, first impressions are shocking any ideas what else can be done
