I have generated a safety PIN using the phone app (gives a six digit number), but when entered into the web portal app, using Firefox browser (I can see my various installed camera’s etc) and after clicking the CONFIRM button, just results in the error “Invalid Safety PIN, please go to the eufy …”
I have closed the app/web portal, repeatedly generated a PIN (for different time periods) etc etc, still cannot access live view on the web portal
Using Firefox browser (and tried Edge), eufy security app version 4.6.0_1216
help appreciated.
