Event notifications appearing but not saved on Hub cannot see videos

My camera network including 2 eufyCam 2C Pro and 1 indoor cam have event notifications appear but cannot see videos available on hub. Recorded events stopped working on the 13-Jan and the indoor stopped having recorded events available on the 15-Jan. I have toggled all settings, but events are not appearing on the hub to view.

We have the same here starting after the last firmware update for the homebase 2 on 17-Jan with all 3 eufyCam 2C Pro.
Any ideas on what can be done to fix?

Same here, after firmware update on homebase, no events stored. Last events stored are of January 16th…
None of the events normally registered from camera’s or doorbell is saved. Notifications for live viewing received though

@eufy development, when is this going to be fixed?

It seems, that after updating/reinstalling the app on the phone/tablet everything is restored to normal. Also the recordings of the last days are available and accessible.

Got the same problems, no events stored since a few days.
All good after reinstalling the app
