Eufycam 2 or 3 upload speed

I have just purchased the eufycam3 system, and now realised my internet upload speed is too low, 1Mbs; Eufy say it needs to be at least 2Mbs. One solution I had was to get 4G home broadband, but have been told it wont work because it hasn’t got a static IP address. So is this true; also what data package should I go for as no idea how much data will be required. Thanks in advance

Home Internet services do not provide static IP. Only Business Internet subscriptions do. I have home Internet with dynamic IP and I never had any issues with any devices including my Eufycam and doorbell. Best of luck.

Thanks Kenny
I’m no good with technology so are you saying the cameras should work perfectly well with 4G
What monthly data do you think I will need.

See what your service provider offers for home internet, you want at least 15 to 25 Mbps (mega bytes per second) so you’ll be able to have multiple devices online.
I don’t know about for data plan unless you’re talking about your cellular phone?
