Eufycam 2: 3 week old camera appears to be dead

Hi. I bought a EufyCam 2 system (Homebase + 2 cameras) from Bunnings (NZ). 3 weeks later and one camera showed “disconnected” on the app. Things I tried:

  1. Removed it from the app. Tried resyncing it. No lights seen, no beeps heard.
  2. Plugged it in to charge for 30m. Tried again. Same thing.
  3. Tried pressing the reset button 5 times. Nothing.

Any other advice? Or is it time to take it back?
