Eufy security app only works for couple of hours on Samsung S22

The Eufy security app I installed on my Samsung S22 only functions fully for a few hours and then it stops working (= alert misses sound & vibration. If I uninstall the app and install it back again, it works for a few hours and then stops working how it should
This is unacceptable and Eufy refuses to listen to my problem: I send multiple messages to their helpdesk but the only answer I get is their standardised message.

Typical eufy reply. Worst company when it comes to solving software problems.
