I have an eufy door lock that will not allow us to connect to manage people or add fingerprints. We can use the same app to open and close the lock or even change the settings. It just won’t allow us to connect to add people, passcodes, or fingerprints.
How do we troubleshoot this connection? Wifi obviously works for every other purpose except manage access. Is this a Bluetooth only function? If so how to reconnect these bluetooth devices. I have no idea how to get the lock to be visible for pairing bluetooth devices.

I reset the lock by pushing the button inside the battery compartment and reinitialized everything. If there is a better way to solve this problem I could not find it and had no suggestions from anyone. Wish I had a better answer.
After reading this I just went and held the button down until it said ready to set up. then opened the app in my phone and was able to access the “manage access” again
