Eufy doorbell, new phone - cant access

Hi, I have changed phone number and now I can’t login on the app as it sends code to old phone number which I no longer have.
Can anyone help?

Edit: I chose another method and used email text. I can now access.
How do you change the phone number tied to the account?

Nice that you figured it out and added what your workaround was…
I was thinking that you would have to have done a complete fresh setup since your new phone doesn’t have the same # as your old phone.

Don’t know maybe contact eufy support?
But then again since you are able to access your camera through the app now it could be possible it has taken your new phone number also??
Are you receiving notification alerts from the doorbell?
