I recently got the E340 doorbell and mounted it fine, but I now can’t release it from the mount. I’ve used the pin it came with, followed the instructions in the booklet, followed youtube videos etc. It wont budge! It feels like there’s no spring inside, it’s not catching on anything. Eufy will only replace it if I return it undamaged so I have no idea how to get it off the mount.
If anyone has had this problem and managed to figure out how to release it please let me know! Thank you.
