Same issue with not charging here. As @hom467 said is the gold spring plugs causing the issue. Below is a picture of the issue and my fix.

One of my pins was also pressed in and not making contact. So I tried your fix and I ripped off the pins, but by doing that I unfortunately ripped the soldering pads with it… It’s there a way to solder the wiring to a different spot on the board? Maybe traces I can uncover? I cannot see where the pins are going to.
