Hi,
I have the following problem;
The battery doorbell shows as offline on both my iPad and iPhone, but is working properly on my spouse her andriod phone.
I get notification and I can even see if someone was at the front door.
IOS is at the latest version.
The doorbell is at 2 meter distance from the homebase, but due to the fact everything works fine on a Android phone, I would suspect an issue with IOS.
Rebooting my device and the homebase doesn’t help. Reinstalling the Eufy app doesn’t help either.
Also note that the doorbell is wired.
Problem started recently.
Can anybody help me solve this conundrum.
