I LOVE this device but if It loses connectivity, the electricity goes down or the device breaks, etc. the app does not send any warning so you think that everything is ok (because you don’t receive any warning) but the device can be down for days (until you try to view through the camera using the app and you notice that you cannot use the camera).
For me this makes this device unusable as a security device because you cannot trust that It is working (you cannot Connect each hour to the device each hour to be sure that it is working).
I think using a kind of heartbeat (each 5 minutes) between the camera and the Eufy servers would be easy for Eufy to solve this Big problem.
