My wired 2k doorbell has an option to be illuminated 24/7 so the blue ring is visible all the time.
I purchased the wired Dual doorbell and the blue light around the button doesn’t come on unless someone approaches, then as soon as my porch light comes on and the blue ring light flicks off again! I want it to stay lit up all the time, regardless of ambient lighting or motion (just like on the 2k wired doorbell).
Is it meant to already do this? Or is it something Eufy can look at?
