I live in regional area and am on satellite internet, when I go to download event, it works fine if I’m connected to home WiFi, but when I’m away from home and go to download events, it gets maybe 10% or so and then fails to download, the % varies each time but I’ve tried several times and had no luck in getting successful download. Firmware is up to date also. Can anyone please help me?
I have eufy floodlight smart camera.
