Doorbell won’t sync to second phone

Can someone please help- new doorbell camera won’t sync to second phone

When you say sync, do you mean that you can’t speak through the doorbell and also change some of the settings? I have this issue. It works through one phone, but as a shared user, I cannot do many things with the doorbell and it’s rendered useless.

I’m at a stage where I’m fed up with the Eufy offering. It’s so buggy it’s unreal.

Hi, I have 2 of us using the same doorbell and able to see notifications and speak etc.

You need to invite the 2nd person but they must create their own Eufy account.
