Hi,
I own the Eufy dual doorbell and i’m having issues conecting it to my existing chime.
The chimes are not ringing when someone rings the doorbell. The only ringing noise comes from the base. I already changed the setting in the app and change the transformer for the wiring.
I also followed these suggested instuctions but its still not working.
Attached I have drawn the wiring setting of my doorbell.
The voltage is fine but I think I’m forgetting something.
Can someone help me please?
