Doorbell not picking up on movement

I’ve had my video doorbell for just a month and up until the past couple of days it’s worked perfectly.

It has now stopped picking up on any motion and earlier on i noticed that the doorbell had disconnected itself from the homehub.

I’ve tried resetting it and have recharged the battery but it’s still not as sensitive or as useful as it was.

I installed this on police advice as I’ve been a victim of harassment. So it’s really important i get it working properly asap.

Any advice on what i need to do?
