Does the fatal flaw that is apparently “working as designed” also exist on the latest iteration (Eufy 3)? I mean what’s the point of a “security” system when the thief can just grab the camera, hold the button and get rid of the evidence? Just curious, I won’t be getting the system for myself due to the poor, and frankly inexcusable handling of this issue on their existing products, but maybe someone else doesn’t care as long as this is fixed now. Does anyone know?

I believe that Lifehakster did a test on Eufy cam 3 and it has the same basic flaw.
