Just bought and set up my EufyCam2 pro. Very easy to install and set up and works great - for a few hours. Within hours of setting it up, I’ll go to check the app and all devices have vanished. I have to go through the setup process all over again, meaning I have to take all the cameras down and return them to the home base and go through the setup process again. This has happened 4 times now and I’ve lost patience setting it all up over and over again. I have reset all my devices, reset the router, reset my internet connection, deleted and reinstalled the app. It all results in the same annoying process. Love your security system, but if it keeps deleting itself, it’s not much good to me and is going to have to go back. Any suggestions OTHER than what I have already tried?
