Device not connected to the internet

I’ve had 3x2c pros and a 2k doorbell for 2 weeks now, all was working fine until yesterday where I was gettting notifications but when I looked in the app no videos had been stored and it kept saying that my device isn’t connected to the internet, also kept getting 503 error codes when trying to change any settings.
Having read other people’s comments with this same issue I’m lead to believe that this is possibly a server error at eufy s end?
Is this wha to expect ongoing coz if so then these will be going back!
