I seem to have a camera detection issue I have created an area but the system seem to struggle, i dont get a warning for a person approaching the door but do see them leaving? all setting are set to the highest detection levels but still it misses the person and any area set seems to be ignored ie detection area set to cover mail box approx 4 meters from camera but fails to pick up post deliveries. any ideas
