Deadbolt stuck error during calibration

Has anyone been able to solve the “deadbolt stuck” error during calibration? Door locks and unlocks smoothly yet I can’t calibrate to connect it.

Any tips?

I had this problem with only one of two smart WiFi door locks. I deleted the device and all the configuration back to factory and immediately added it back. So far so good, but not sure I am going to keep it if every single person is complaining.

Are we the test market? I liked all the reviews from the professional like cnet and Tom’s guide, but off the bat connectivity has been an issue.
