Crypto/aes invalid key size 31

Indoor Eufy Camera 2K pan and tilt.

I had no issues with playback before, but recently noticed that it does not playback on my iPhone. The playback slider does not show the yellow lines of recording and I get a text that shows “crypto/aes: invalid key size 31”.

There is definitely usage of the internal storage as my space available is decreasing after a format. I tried restarting the camera as well but it didn’t help.

That text is an AES encryption key error, that key is stored on your phone, you receive/get that in the app. It’s a security feature via a secure 256-bit encrypted connection.
When you try to access videos on the app it sends that key to the eufy server for verification.
It appears you are missing a digit, 256-bit uses a key size of 32.
I know just enough to get me in trouble and I’m sorry I can’t help you. Might have to contact eufy support.
Have you tried logging/sign out of the eufy app and back in?
