I’ve recently upgraded to the Eufy Cam3 cameras and home base 3 and have noticed that the camera thumbnails in the camera listing don’t update like before. I have 2 other cam2 cameras, the 2K doorbell, and 3 pan/tilt cameras in my listings and they all show thumbnails from days ago. Previously if I were to refresh the listing, it would update the thumnails. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Is there a fix to this? Im thinking it might have to do with the new home base. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
