Last night I saw that one of my EufyCam 2 Pro is missing from the app. I last checked it the day before and it was good. How do I access the last videos it took before it went missing so I can try to figure out what happened to it? Thanks.
If its missing from the app, you probably can’t retrieve video. Only thing to try is adding the camera back to the app. Sounds like someone pressed the sync button and removed the camera. If its a battery cam, all your events will be gone when you re-add. If its a standalone, you may still be able to recover clips when you re-add.
But what if the camera is physically missing? Gone? How can I find out what happened?
If someone hit the Sync button for 10 seconds before taking it, you are out of luck. The video is not retrievable. This is a known flaw with Eufy gear for several years and they refuse to fix it. According to them its “working as designed”.
