Brand New (June 2022) 2C Pro System playing Choppy Video?

So I just bought a 4 pack 2C Pro system to put at my mother in laws house to replace a Arlo 2 camera system that I was tired of and let me tell you… This new system is crap compared to the quality I had with Arlo. The play back is so choppy and skips sections it is pathetic! The sound seems like everything is in a tunnel or bathroom that sometimes you can’t even understand what is said.
Anyone else have this choppy, skipping video playback problem? Never had this with the Arlo and really don’t want to go back to the Arlo camera’s but if I can’t get this figured out and fixed by the end of July they are being returned.

Thoughts?

I had that same issue when my camera Cam2 was brand new AND exposed it to Homekit. I restarted the camera itself after a few days by holding the sync button for like 10 seconds. I set up the camera once again, I added to Homekit too and the issue was solved.
Hopefully restarting the cameras will solve it for you too
