Better communication from Eufy/Anker?

Could we get better communication from your yourselves, please?

Especially around the following topics:

  • Bugs or system issues. Seems to be a lot of bugs and system issues with the Video Doorbell, but is never acknowledged or patched. Instead of leaving your customers in limbo preying for a fix, would be nice to get a response about it and maybe some reassurance.

  • Being active on the community. Maybe it’s me not looking hard enough, but I can’t seem to see any recent responses around the video doorbell from yourselves?

  • Has COVID caused a delay in your progress to update or fix current issues?

  • Future plans for the doorbell. Plans for next doorbell update, or acknowledgment around current bugs looking to be fixed and if they are being looked at.

  • Plans for the doorbell. For the doorbell being successful in areas and unsuccessful, what are your plans for 2021 and going into 2022. I hope it isn’t the case you are going to ignore the current product and begin working on a new version to fix the issues?
