I have the 2k battery Doorbell after reading initial reviews I believed it would be a decent upgrade from my previous netvue bell.
Unfortunately it seems to miss us sometimes when entering or leaving the house. I have changed the sensitivity etc and it seems a bit better.
However I set a detection zone as we live on a busy street yet I get notified every time someone walks passed and the zone is no where near the pathway.
Is there anything that can be done or just return as not fit for purpose.
After reading this forum it seems its a known issue even if Eufy choose to ignore it?
I’ve had about 80 notifications already this morning it’s ridiculous.
Can anyone recommend a good alternative bell if this does need to be returned?
