Recently whenever someone rings the battery video doorbell, the homebase chime doesn’t sound - instead it just makes a continuous audible low buzzing sound.
Notifications still come through to the mobile device, but the only way to stop the buzzing is to reset the homebase.
Is the homebase toast? I’d be super glad for any suggestions.
