Activity zone not picking up motion at all

Got our battery powered doorbell camera setup and it does not notify us of any motion. What do I need to change?

-Have you set the activity zone in the correct area?
-Have you set it to detect motion only from humans?
-Is the sensitivity level right?
-Have you got notifications turned on within you actual phones settings?
-Have you notifications turned on with the Eufy app settings?
-Are the cameras actually switched on within the camera settings?

Check whether you have the Power Manager set to ‘battery life’ or something, that disables motion detection too.
