1 camera won’t charge to full

Hi,

I just bought Eufy 2c - 3 cameras, and 1 camera won’t charge to 100%, it stopped at 82%

please help!!!

I had the same problem! Purchased 5 new 2C cameras, but one would not charge 100%. Charged overnight, was advised to updated the firmware but the light remains on, will not fully charged. Contacted Eufy Australia, they organised pickup, assessed and confirmed camera was faulty. A new 2C was shipped to me. All under warranty.
